Welder needed for strength and stability project

Description

In need of a welder to weld three 3" pipes to another three 3" pipes via a steel plate. Welder must come to my location. Also, would be ideal if the welder could source the steel plate (I'll pay) that will be the joint connecting the three pipes to the three pipes. If welder can't, I will find the steel plate myself. I can explain the job better over the phone, or even better on location in person. This job should be a half day to full day job if we have all the materials. Would be helpful if welder also had knowledge of working with concrete, but not required. Thanks!
