aluminum 10 spoke painted wheels need polishing

I have 4 10 spoke car 17inch wheels I have began stripping paint and removing the primer. I want them polished to a mirror finish. I have removed the paint already and about maybe 50 to 60 percent of the primer. Two of the wheels are further along than the other two. Looking for a bid to finish them up on the rim of course... Or an hourly rate and when can you come here and start. Have you done this before what are you going to be using?? I can help too.. This is just more work than i freakin realized.. SOS HELP DANG Got some tools?? Hand sanding these is really not on option.
