GlenMary Home is a small facility located in the heart of the Highlands. We provide room and board to retired and disabled veterans as well as challenged adults. The facility is walking distance to Bardstown Road, just 1 block from the bus lines. This is a full time, salaried, live in position with flexible hours. We prefer a Live In Assistant with a drivers license so you can shop for the home but it's not required. It's a very quiet comfortable neighborhood smack dab in the middle of everything. The applicant that joins our team will have a furnished private room, access to the whole facility, possibly a van if you're the one responsible for transporting the veterans to their appointments. You will be responsible for dinner and clean up 5 days a week, but the schedule is pretty flexible with housekeeping duties. We share some of these duties; and we all live on property.
