WALPOLE, MA — Walpole police are reminding residents to lock their cars, especially commercial and construction vehicles. Over the past few nights, police said there have been a string of break-ins to unlocked cars.
In each incident, police said there was a "considerable amount" of power tools stolen. Police added that the incidents happened in separate parts of town but did not specify what parts.
Police reminded residents to not only lock their cars, but to take their belongings with them after they park. Police said residents should report any suspicious activity by calling 911 or (508)668-1212.
