Pay $500 To remove 17 old planks and replace, paint and install seventeen new 12X6 treated boards on the top of the deck And you will need to replace the little framing around the edge of all the new deck boards using a 1X4 treated. The deck is off of the master bedroom. You are ONLY replacing the top boards. Your job is to pick up and bring materials from the home depot on Genesee including lumber, paint and screws. You will provide the labor including cut all the old boards into 36 inch pieces so I can place them in the garbage can over the next three weeks. You will paint the new treated lumber, You remove old screws and boards. You replace and screw in the new boards. I will pay for all materials. All you have to do is show up with your tools and be ready to get the job done. Payment of $500 after the job has been completed. If you are skilled, this is a one day job. See photos.
