Warehouse Support Pacific Builders Hardware & Lighting is located in Vista, CA. This is a hybrid position that consists of daily warehouse support and potential route delivery of hardware and lighting to jobsites. There will be daily interactions with warehouse staff in the building and when driving there will be interaction with superintendents and homeowners in the field. This position is full time, Monday through Friday. Benefits include: vacation and sick pay, paid holidays, health insurance plan, FSA program, 401K program with employer matching, and a history of profit sharing. The delivery routes will be in the Southern California area. A delivery vehicle will be provided at the start of each business day. The ideal candidate should have the following abilities: - Must be reliable. -Strong communication skills - Able to lift 50 pounds. -Should be able to work on your feet for a majority of shift. -Ability to work in a customer service environment. -Team player. -Work independently & ability to problem solve. -Good attention to detail and excellent communication skills. -Must have a current DMV printout showing a good driving record, and exhibit safe driving skills. -Start time hours will begin at or around 6:00 am.
