Hello, I have a rental property and my mowing guy just moved out of town. There isn't much to mow but it does need to be done, takes approximately 1 hour per mow, 90 minutes if you are weed-whacking too. Front Yard is approximately 40' x 60' Back Yard is approximately 30' x 60' Lawn needs mowed twice a month. Weed Whacking once a month. Thanks,
