The job requires general maintenance knowledge with the ability and desire to learn. Must be willing to work outside all year long, lift a minimum of fifty lbs. and be willing to do manual labor. The ability to do light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plowing, and physical labor resulting in getting your hands dirty is a must. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm. Overtime and the availability to be on-call may be required if deemed necessary by your supervisor.
