Extremely deranged individual who intentionally misrepresents himself and home life promises a forever home. He does no such thing. This aggregious behavior has been going on for years now. Many good Samaritans brought their beloved kittens to an evil fate. Police report filed. Animal Control Knows and he is blocked from any adoptions
