Rhythm guitarist needed

We are a cover band seeking a talented and experienced rhythm guitarist. We are currently a vocalist, lead guitarist, drummer, and bassist. We are in our 40s-50s and are all advanced and experienced musicians. We do primarily 90s hard rock and grunge, but we throw in some other stuff. Examples from our set list: Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam, Velvet Revolver, Stone Temple Pilots, Seether, Smashing Pumpkins, Bush. Here’s what we’re looking for in a guitarist: - Experienced (played shows, not beginner or intermediate) - Can learn songs quickly - Accurate rhythm / picking hand. - Excellent guitar tone- knows how to use gear and effects to get the right tone for the song. - Team player. We have a great time and don’t have egos. We’re all punctual and make each practice. - Has pro gear. - Definitely a plus if you play leads, but not required. We are not professional musicians; we all have regular jobs and do this for fun, but we are committed and serious about practices. Must love this style of music. We practice right now in Pawtucket, but we’re looking for rehearsal space.
