Need a mobile mechanic for my 2008 Ford Expedition

I have a 2008 Ford Expedition, limited 4WD. I really need an affordable mechanic that is able to come to my house in Flushing (or a nearby location) to fix some things. I'm tired of going to the stealership/shops to be ripped off, so I really desire someone that is able to just get the job done at a reasonable price. This truck's wiper system is messed up. The rear wiper arm does not operate at all (the transmission for the arm is completely inoperable). Also, the washer pump does not spray anything. Things I've tried: -Parking the truck in a quiet area and turning the level to operate the rear wiper. No noise/whirring from the rear arm whatsoever. -Parking the truck in a quiet area and turning the level to operate both the front and rear wiper fluid. No noise/whirring from the pump whatsoever. -Buying a new washer pump from Autozone, replacing it, and trying the previous step again. Didn't work. -Checking the fuses (both the passenger-side fuse box and the engine compartment fuse box. Didn't see any blown fuses in either fuse box). -Taking it to a shop (wanted to charge me an arm an a leg to "further diagnose" it). -Taking it to LaFontaine (wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to replace the entire wiper system). So if anyone is able to help me out, I would appreciate it. I'm willing to buy parts for the repair. Please let me know what your rates/terms are. If this is a successful job, could potentially turn out to be a long-term thing because this Expedition needs a LOT of work done on it. If you're reading from Metro Detroit, I could work something out, because I travel to from Flint-Detroit frequently.
