We are a small 48 unit assisted living. This position requires: * Apartment Room Turns * Painting and patch sheetrock & trim * Light plumbing repairs * Replace light bulbs, filters, water temperatures, shampoo carpets in common areas as needed, hang blinds, keep community looking attractive and well maintained. General maintenance. * Fire and Life safety drills, inspections & tracking * Complete work orders for repairs timely We work with numerous outside vendors for flooring, HVAC and trades for out of scope work in our regulated environment. Must be pleasant, respectful to elderly customers and staff, able to pass background checks state and federal, computer literate.
