Description
This posting is for an outside maintenance job on Saturdays.
Shift is 9AM to 4PM with 30 minute lunch for a total of 6.5 hours.
You must be honest, dependable and friendly. ABOVE ALL YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN FLORIDA HEAT. Drugs and alcohol will not be tolerated.
Responsibilities include maintaining the grounds:
-Yard work: weed wacking, spraying weeds, etc.
-Litter pick up
-Light maintenance such as plumbing or painting, changing light bulbs, etc.
Additional days may be available for the right person.
