Description

The Maintenance Technician at New Pond Village, perform minor repairs. Implements regular & preventive maintenance programs: lighting, electrical, painting, carpentry, snow removal, plumbing. Moving of furniture/apartments, washing machine repair. Helps set up for resident activities/programs. Possesses mechanical skills necessary for accomplishing repairs on systems and building.
