Re-homing Bearded Dragon

Bayberry Court near Bayberry avenue, Manassas VA

Description

We have a 2 year old male bearded dragon for rehoming named Rico. He is well loved but was ultimately an impulse buy and unfortunately we can no longer provide him the care he deserves. We've had him for nearly his whole life. We would prefer for him to go to a home that already has reptile or beardie experience so we know he'll get the best care possible. His current enclosure will not be provided because it isn't suitable for his size. He needs an upgraded enclosure (right now he is in 30 galloon tank, he needs a bigger tank). All his supplies are included- basking light, water dish, hammock, rocks. We'll miss him greatly but this is what we think is best for him. He's a good weight, no MBS or other health complications as far as we're aware, and he's very friendly and tolerates people and all other animals well. Our cats and dog watch him eat everyday. He loves superworms and will sometimes eat blueberries, greens, and roaches but is a little picky, though with patience and consistency I'm sure he could be put on a healthier diet. He likes to go outside when it's warm and sunny enough, and even grazes on grass and clover. He likes to roam around the house- supervised, of course! There is a small rehoming fee to make sure he goes to a good home.
