WiseGuys Moving is recruiting movers and non CDL drivers for local residential moving and delivery services. We’ve been in bizness over 3 years and are built on the idea of creating a gig based opportunity for individuals to earn good money for their given time. It is also a great way to stay in shape and show off work ethic in front of new people. Labor earning potential: Recruit/Trainee. $20/hr flat for new recruits. General Mover. $20/hr + tip Skilled Mover. $22.50/hr + tips Captain/Head Mover. $25/hr + equal tips, bonuses, and contract opportunity. Truck Driver. $1-$1.50/mi + $10-$20 equipment pickup Marketing opportunities: Lead Generation: 5% of completed job revenues of up to $500 $50 per new recruit who works over 3 jobs. $50 bonus if mover advances to Skilled mover position To sum up the opportunity: We have an Active Roster of movers who have access to our scheduling system that shows all upcoming moves/jobs. The system also includes descriptions of the moves/jobs and list of available slots. The movers on our active roster can then reach out to the Lead Move Crew as to which jobs they'd like to confirm for. Then, Wammo! the mover shows up to the job, does their due diligence, and earns themselves a paycheck! All applicants are welcome! Our movers must be able to at least carry 30lbs of boxes and misc household goods for a minimum of 2 hours up and down stairs. The higher the skillset of the individual, the greater the earning potential. This world is about who you know, and the value you can provide.
