Property Maintenace time is about 6 hrs per week, at $35/hr. You need to be located within 5 miles of I-25 & Hwy 36. Must have 5 years of PAID property maintenance experience plus references. Commitment to high quality work. Generally, work is only done when guests are not in their rooms, between 11am and 3pm. Days of the week are flexible and can adapt to your schedule. Occasional on-call for emergencies, typically once a month for an hour. Skills needed, painting, sheetrock repair, door repair, lock repair, simple remodeling, minor furnace repair, thermostat repair, plumbing repairs, ceiling fan replacement, yard mowing, snow shoveling, lawn watering, bath calking, sink faucet replacement, light switch replacement, window air/co install and removal, appliance/furniture moving, small area cement work, tile repair, cleaning out sink, toilet clogs.
