Requirements of the job: Carpentry/Manufacturing/Production experience Experience interpreting blueprints/engineering drawings Reliable attendance record and a good attitude Desired skills and duties: • Creative problem solver • Experience related to carpentry capabilities • Background in manufacturing custom products is highly desired • Ability to read and interpret blueprints with varying degrees of specificity • Can confidently work with power and measuring tools. (Experience with rivet and rivnut tools a plus) • Familiar with mechanical fastener applications • Experience in working with wood, or metal materials • Communicate with a team and take feedback from co-workers • General understanding/background in manufacturing and willingness to learn other trades such as plumbing or electrical • Organized and able to multitask efficiently and effectively. • Positive attitude • Other duties as requested BONUS! We are offering a $500 signing bonus!! If you are hired, you will earn $250 after 30 days of employment and the other $250 after 60 days of employment.
