Tico came to the shelter on February 14 as part of a large group of cats that were in a terrible hoarding situation. So sad for them! They all needed a little time to adjust to people giving them attention and giving them lots of pets. Now he is a sweet guy – an orange tabby who is about six years old. His eyes tend to get a little drippy at times but the vet said it is not a medical condition — just need someone to wipe them periodically…
He might be a little shy at first - he is just looking for a quiet home so someone can give him the love he has missed in his previous situation.
He went to Petsmart May 3.
He was in a Colony room at the shelter so he gets along with other cats which makes sense since he was living in a cat hoarding situation! He wonders why he is now living in a cage again instead of a house?
