Found: Metal bracelet outside the Sylvan Beach Festival

I found a metal bracelet in the La Porte High School parking lot this weekend when I was there for the Sylvan Beach Festival. It does not look like it is valuable, but it may have sentimental value. Describe it accurately, and it is yours. There a couple of features that should be easy to point out... Unfortunately, it looks like it was run over, but it is still wearable and looks very nice. So it has history now lol. Pick up in Clear Lake near NASA JSC or I'll send it in a SASE. Thanks for looking!
