We Climb/Ride/Parent/Run/Paddle/Surf, so our work/life balance is important to us; as we do have a three day weekend. Production runs Monday through Thursday from 6am-4:30pm. We do offer a Free Climbing Gym Membership to the Bend Rock Gym and our Pro Deal Accounts offer great discounts and incentives on various products throughout the year! We do have a 90-Day probation policy, it is expected you meet EP USA standards by the end of this time period. If work is not up to EP USA standards; this probation period can be extended, or employment ended following our At Will Employment policy. JOB OVERVIEW As EP Climbing continues to grow our team here in Bend, OR; we are continuing to bring on highly motivated individuals for our core manufacturing teams across all departments at this time! Having multiple open positions in various departments; The “General Laborer” Role will be joining our manufacturing team with an option to set you up in 1 of our 6 departments here at this time. All shop positions available help in the daily manufacturing of our Rock Wall Structures as well as our Hand Holds. A few raw materials we work with on a regular basis are as followed: Metal, Fiberglass, Polyurethanes, Wood, Bolts, Fastener, and more. Our six shops are as followed: Hand Holds Shop-CNC Shop-Wood Shop-Mozaiks Shop-Metal/Fab Shop-FreeForm Shop ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Follow all PPE requirements for work completed • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for work completed • Manufacture parts to meet all quality standards with attention to detail • Keep a clean, organized workstation, daily department cleaning • Ability to complete repetitive tasks sustainably • Proven time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Can become a member of the team, work with different personalities and backgrounds • Can work unsupervised for hours at a time REQUIREMENTS • Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, basic power tool use and other related warehouse fields preferred • Reliable, show up to work on time and ready to manufacture • Ability to stand on your feet for most of the day • Subject to atmospheric conditions, from fumes, odors, dust, mist, etc. • Stooping, crouching, bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching, climbing, pushing and pulling • Good physical fitness, ability to lift 50lbs at a time OPPORTUNITIES • Become a part of the world’s leading climbing walls and holds manufacturing company • Join an environment that is result–oriented and supports innovation • Work with a team of highly - qualified professionals and innovative processes in the field of design, manufacture, and installation /services of the best climbing walls in the business. • Departmental Cross-Training when available.
