Precision Paint and Stain is a new company located in Bend looking to expand its business. We require a Painter helper that preferrably has at least one year of painting experience but will train the right candidate. Our ideal candidate has a very strong work ethic, is able bodied, well spoken, responsible, and organized. There will be times when you will be left alone to work on projects if the owner is pulled away for a meeting. We will reward workers with performance based bonuses quarterly, and will raise your hourly compensation as you improve or show great initiative. We strongly believe in rewarding good work and behavior. This position can be part time or full time, we will be flexible with your schedule. We do not allow the smoking of cigaretts or drug use on our job sites. Discrete forms of nicotine products like Zyn are acceptable. Common tasks to be performed include; - Brush and Roll interior and exterior - Carry ladders - Assist in spraying, moving hose, filling pump with paint - Back-rolling - Masking floors/trim - Spackle and sanding - Ocassionally running errands - Clean up
