Above Ground Pool Electrical Line Repair

In June 2021, I had a dedicated electrical line ran across my yard, up my retainer wall about 18" and across towards the area behind the pool about 25'. Ida came, knocked over my retainer wall and the pool line (conduit) that was strapped along the retainer wall was taken off the wall and pulled away from the area so the new wall could be erected. We went from a tie rail wall to a retaining wall system made by blocks. The conduit that was strapped to the previous wall was left on the ground. The conduit that is exposed is from the area it comes up from underneath the ground all the way to behind the pool. The pool timer, and the outlets that were installed are now broken as well. Here are my options: 1. Bury the conduit, like the other portion is and just bring it up in the area behind the pool and have the new timer and outlets installed. 2. Strap the conduit along this new wall and install the new timer and outlets needed to operate the pool. I'm leaning towards also burying it the way the other portioned was buried and bring it up behind the pool. Unfortunately, the electrician who did the original work is nowhere to be found. I honestly don't know if he was affected by Covid and hasn't returned to work or God forbid, passed away. Nonetheless, I need to get this work done and done correctly.
