Silco is an expanding Home Remodeling company, currently looking for Skilled Carpenter’s, Carpenter’s Helper & Laborer’s. Please apply for the proper category you fall into. For example if you do not have that much experience please only apply for Laborer. If you have a general understanding of the trade but don’t quite have the years of experience please apply for Carpenter’s Helper. If you have experience running your own crews and can properly manage jobs and a team of workers, please apply for Lead Carpenter/Carpenter. Silco is willing to train any individual(s) who work hard and take their “part of the team” seriously. Silco appreciates those who give honest effort & commitment. Everyone starts at the same rate the first week. At which time at the end of that first week you will be reevaluated on what you know and what you can do.
