Duplex in Proctor, need lawn mowed and quick trim 2x monthly through September. Pay negotiable, need to start asap. No complicated things to mow around, small front and side lawn and bit larger back yard (not that big though) but again, wide open. Must provide your own equipment as this is a rental property.
