We are seeking a keyboard player to help complete our band. Current members are: *Drummer/Backing Vocals *Bassist *Rhythm-Lead Guitarist/Vocalist *Lead-Rhythm Guitarist/Vocalist In a perfect world: The ideal candidate for keyboard would be someone with excellent timing who enjoys reproducing their musical scores accurately based on the original studio recordings, who would be willing to fill other small roles (such as percussion, acoustic guitar, etc) during songs/sections with no keyboard, and who would be able to sing backing and/or lead vocals at times. In the real world: The real-world candidate, regardless of skill level, still has great timing and enjoys accuracy in reproduction, but also has the drive and ambition to improve steadily toward developing into the ideal keyboardist. An inability to fill 'other small roles' is not a deal-breaker, nor is lack of vocal ability, although a willingness to work toward such things would be ideal. *We seek to perform small indoor/outdoor venues/parties. *We perform a variety of Rock, Classic Rock, Southern Rock, Grunge etc. *We maintain our own 200²'+ rehearsal space. *We have a complete sound/monitor system capable of any venue, short of an arena, and require no outside rentals or expense. *We have a primary goal of fun and vigorous self-improvement occurring within an adult, respectful, collaborative atmosphere. *We are all financially secure and not involved for the money, but are not opposed to profit. We don't want to lose ourselves in the process of bringing in new people, but rather, and ideally, we want to bring in people who are enthusiastic about conforming to our style and song choices while possibly having a few song titles of their own that just happen to be right up our alley.
