*Seasonal Full Time Housekeeper* Waterest Campground/Lumen is a campground/glamping destination located in North Woodstock, NH. We are currently undergoing renovations and will be re-launching in late May. We are currently looking for housekeepers with availability to work for the season from the end of May to mid October of 2022 in a full time schedule. Key Areas of Responsibility *Clean and prepare the glamping tents after every check-out to make sure they are ready for our upcoming guests, ensuring a 5 star guest experience in cleanliness. (Making beds, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping surfaces, arrange details inside the tents, etc) *Clean common bathrooms facilities in the complex. *Prepare and do laundry onsite. *Maintain excellent organization of the supplies and storage facility. *Remove trash from individual campsites and dispose of it in the central location. *Report maintenance issues and help to fix them when it is possible. *Report damages made by guests. *Work with the Operations Team and Onsite Manager to help in multiple tasks to ensure a great 5-star service to our guests. *Communicate which supplies need to be re-ordered. Our ideal candidate will have: *Prior experience cleaning Short term rentals, Airbnbs or hotels is great, although not a requirement, *Ability to understand and adapt well to technology applications, as we handle all planning and work communication through the phone. *Great communication skills and positive attitude. *Reliable transportation. *Flexibility to work on weekends. (The days off would be during weekdays) What we offer: *Pay is $20 per hour. Payable weekly as a 1099 contractor.. *$1,500 performance bonus at the end of the season for good attendance (on-time, zero no-shows) *We provide all the cleaning supplies. *Average workload is 35-40 hours per week.
