Percussionist+ Collaborator Wanted

I’m looking to team up with a percussionist who also likes to get into other things and get creative. (Sample pads? Keyboard with one hand? Bells? Or just messing with songs to make them our own.) I sing and play guitar mostly, but I’m happy to do something on bass or keyboards or even drums or kazoo if that’s what the song needs. I’m pretty good at winging it. I’ve gone up in front of a packed house and just made up three songs on the spot. I’d love to get started on a bunch of covers with you and see where it leads. I hesitate to include the proverbial list of “influences” but I’ll put some names in here to give a sense of how diverse my likes are. I’ll try anything, and I hope you will too. Radiohead, Frank Sinatra, Eminem, S. L. Weiss, Syd Barrett, Weezer, Rod Stewart, Jonathan Richman, Grandaddy, Pink Floyd, Pink, Led Zeppelin, Queen, Metallica, Bryan Adams, David Bowie, George Michael, Interpol, Handsome Furs, Madonna, Marilyn Manson, John Prine, U2, Cyndi Lauper. (This list would just go on for ever, and like I said, I hope yours would too.)
