Roof replacement

Looking for experienced roofer(s) for tear off, add sheeting, and architectural asphalt shingle on 2 story house. Approximately 25 squares (maybe less). I have all materials already. This is not an insurance claim and I am on a fixed income budget. I am willing to pay up to $160/square for labor only. A permit is required. I may be able to pull the permit but it would best if you can do that as well, so you probably should be a licensed contractor or work with someone who is that can pull the permit. Need done as soon as possible.
