Job description Locally owned Property Management Company servicing over 500 apartments in the State College area seeking a full-time Maintenance person to help keep their properties safe, clean & in good condition. Duties include: - Responding to Apartment Resident Work Orders - Building Repairs, Improvements, Maintenance and Painting - Snow Removal - Light Janitorial & Landscaping Qualifications: - Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation - Pass criminal back-ground check (no felonies) - Familiarly with basic hand & power tools - Experience preferred, but willing to train - Ability to work independently and with others - Some customer service skills - Willingness to work extra hrs and On-Call when needed Normal working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Benefits include: - Health - Dental - Matching Retirement Plan - Uniforms - Paid Time Off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00+ per hour
