In September, Florissant claimed her prize on a $10,000,000 Black Titanium scratch-off ticket, which she bought at the Quick Chek on Sunrise Highway in Copiague. "Winning the Lottery feels amazing," she said. "I feel like I'm dreaming!" She received her prize as a one-time lump sum payment totaling $6,718,000 after required withholdings. So what does she plan to do with all this money? Florissant said she wants to buy a new house and take care of her family.
