Beniton Building Services is a full service property and building maintenance division. We are seeking a full-time day porter, hours approx 5:00 AM-2:00 PM for day porter services at commercial properties throughout the Treasure Valley area. We offer a full benefits package including: · Medical (PPO & HSA) – Employer pays employee premium · Paid Time Off and holiday pay · Dental · Vision · Medical Dependent Care Flex Accounts (FSA) · 401(K) with employer match · Smart phone, computer, company vehicle and tools provided Typical Duties: Performed Twice per week at most properties: a) Litter and trash will be picked up from entire Project including landscape beds, sidewalks and dumpster enclosure. Debris and cigarette butts will be removed from flower pots, etc. b) Sidewalks will be blown clearing all debris, leaves etc from them. c) If trash cans are on property, liners will be changed every visit if they are 30% full or if they are in front of a business that sells food and/or beverages liners will be changed every visit regardless of number of items inside. Full trash bags will be disposed of off premises. Contractor will supply proper size trash can liners. d) Cigarette urns will be emptied and cleaned out each visit. e) Sides, tops and doors of all trash receptacles will be cleaned with cleanser as needed. f) Sidewalks will be spot cleaned with brushes and cleaners as needed, with particular attention to areas around entry doors, trash receptacles, outdoor seating areas and benches. Contractor will use caution anytime water is used during freezing temperatures to avoid creating icy spots on the walks and drives. g) Areas under canopies, including light fixtures, signs, window and door frames, etc. will be kept free of cobwebs, dust and dirt. Skills and Qualifications: · High School Diploma or GED experience · Computer/smart phone knowledge · Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving history · Must pass a background check and drug test prior to hire
