Low-key, but busy commuting Yonkers family seeks someone nurturing. organized, and efficient to come to our home (10 Hours Weekly){2.5} hours a day [4X] a week{MONDAY~TUESDAY + THURSDAY~ FRIDAY}from [3:30 PM - 6 PM]. Y O U R SUP ER POWERS: Food Prep /VERY BASIC Light Cooking; [1st Floor Only] Housekeeping {Kitchen, Pantry, Living Room, Dining Room & Sunroom}; Laundry Support and being comfortable with our 12 year-old son being in the home before you arrive, self-directed only in need of your TLC for after-school/pre-dinner food. PAY: $1 7 5 [Weekly] paid by Zelle bank app, CASH or Personal Check. ADDITIONAL PAY for any work outside of DAILY + WEEKLY agreements. L A U N D R Y: (wash, dry and fold) DAILY: {1} Load, as needed. F O O D (We have gadgets IF that helps: Instant Pot pressure cooker; Slow Cooker, Deep Fryer, Wok, Panini Maker, Smoothie Mixer, Gas Grill etc) DAILY: =Prep a Teen-Friendly Appetizer/Snack for 1; =Dinner Prep Work and/or Light Cooking for [3-5] combined kids/adults, depending on the day/week; =a Lunchbox for 1 Packed; =Auto Coffee Maker Set-Up H O U S E KEEPING DAILY: =Countertops neat and wiped, =Dining Table wiped and set for dinner; =Sink clear =Dishwasher Unload/Loaded/Run =Kitchen Floor Swept; and =Kitchen Trash Bag Removed. WEEKLY: =1st Floor Vacuumed/Swept + Mopped; =2 Leather Couches Wiped w/ Pledge and =Large Kitchen Appliances' Exteriors Wiped. MONTHLY/or less frequently, only as needed and for ADDITIONAL PAY: =Deeper Cleaning of Fridge + Microwave + Toaster Oven; =Exterior Kitchen Cabinets Wiped w/ Pledge; and =Pantry tidy-up =Quick Shine (or similar) Application on Wood Floors; Our home is off Palmer Road, between Central Park Avenue and Mile Square Road, with busses less than 2 minutes walk on the corner and more busses down the hill (about 5 minutes walk). There is a bus (Bee Line #30) that goes to and from the BRONXVILLE Metro North Rail Road Station Harlem Line in a 9 minute ride, but schedule may have limited loops. Check Schedules on-line.
