Our Lance Cabo scooter was stolen on Monday morning out of our apartment complex garage in the Highlands. They do not have keys so unsure if it will run or if they are just looking to sell parts. Either way- we just want it back. My partner and I share a vehicle and this isn’t something we financially can just buy another of. We would just like it back. Offering a reward for return.
