Description
In this entry-level position, the primary responsibilities will include ensuring client accounts
are paid on time, collections, calling to discuss payment plan options with clients, client follow
up, data entry, payment processing, and above all customer service. Candidates must possess a
positive attitude, quality customer service skills and a great sense of organization. Someone who
takes great pride in their work, succeeds at multitasking, and is detail oriented. Experience is a
bonus, but we are willing to train the right person.
