Please Help Find Ruthie Roo

I lost control of my dog's leash while trying to lock up the community garden area at Homestead Oaks Apartments on W. Slaughter near Brodie just after 1 PM. Ruthie Roo is 10 month old unaltered female (has spay appointment). She was feral for roughly her first 7 months of life. She is not trusting of people. I need to put out whatever bulletin that can be made to help locate her. She has on a red collar and name tag with contact info on it. I am not sure if she is microchipped, but she has been vaccinated. She is food motivated, but she is so freaked out from being chased by the bouncing retractable leash that is trailing her that she wasn't able to listen to me when she did come back in my direction. I have called for her and people here in this complex, including strangers doing work here on behalf of the utility company have searched the woods in the back of the property where she ran off into and she is no where to be found. Ruthie rarely ever barks. She is a very sweet and empathetic dog. I am already lost without her. She is my everything. Please if you can help, I would greatly appreciate it.
