Family-owned and operated Garden Design/Build firm, with 30+ years in business, seeking additional crew members to support increased demand for high-end landscape install projects. Business has doubled in the last year and continues to grow. Crew member responsibilities include: Assist with carrying out design from start to finish in collaboration with designer under supervisor direction Punctuality and excellent communication skills Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Keep work area clean and tools organized Report to supervisors any unforeseen issues Maintain a high level of work-quality and customer-satisfaction Maintain valid driver's license and reliable transportation Looking for candidates with: Excellent Communication skills Strong work-ethic Demonstrated Leadership ability Plant knowledge, light carpentry, irrigation, or masonry skills a plus We specialize in installation, as opposed to maintenance or lawn care, with an emphasis on sustainable practices. Pay Frequency: Weekly Other benefits: Company-provided uniform and laundry service available for all employees following 30-day probation period. Weekend work minimal and not required. Available from time-to-time.
