Need small palm tree cut down & hedge raked-haul away all

Hello, I need this small palm cut down and the hedge along the rear property line of my house in front of a fence raked out. There is room for the tree to fall and not break anything or hit house. I would top it and then cut lower part. The lattice in photo and posts will be gone. There is a narrow area behind the hedge with leaves that is easy to get to and makes it easy to stand behind hedge. This is ONE JOB for one day. Two people would be best to get tree to fall correctly. Both things must be completed for it to be considered finished. I can't see it taking more than 3 hours. I don't have time to meet with people and will not- this is the job and the photos are accurate. There could be more future work as I always need labor help for positive people who are pleasant, easy to work with, and like to get the job done. I also respect people's time and pay fairly for good hard workers. I do not need stump grinding, just palm cut ground level and parts hauled off, leaves raked from hedge- bagged and hauled off. All debris/mess from palm cutting must also be removed. I will attempt to reply as soon as possible, so there is no need to keep replying. When the ad is gone, the job is taken. Thanks.
