i have a one-year-old beautiful blue quaker parrot female with a stand and pen looking for a new home. she just does not get the attention that she deserves with everything the kids have going on. there will be a rehoming fee involved so do not ask if you are not very interested. these are very smart beautiful and expensive birds.
