Painter I will start at 17 an hour and increase from there after reviewing skillset, will increase after the first few days. I believe in paying your worth. Laborer I will start at 14 an hour. If you learn fast you could see increase in pay rapidly. No slouches, drug users, lazy people, drunks etc. I run a professional business with high end clients so I expect courtesy and respect at all times. Right now the hours will vary. I usually work 9-430 depending on the days and projects at hand. I'm working on exterior stuff now the weather is decent
