Description
Looking for a jack of all trades to finish a punch list. There are lots of small jobs - woodworking, painting, sanding, laying sod, fixing fences, connecting AC vents, moving furniture. Nothing that takes a genius, but does require some common sense and the ability to listen and follow instructions properly.
Please have a reliable truck and proper tools.
Do NOT apply if you are grumpy, late, messy, rude, smelly, sleeping in your car, or just don't really know how to do certain things.
It would be great to find someone who is local as there will be lots of ongoing projects in the future. Please respond with your phone number, your location, your skills, and your experience. I will take you far more seriously and consider you more if you follow that instruction first.
Geesh, shouldn't have to say all that but it seems to be the way of the world right now.
