GC/Contractor Measure & Map small house for Blueprints

I live out of town and need the help of a local contractor. A simple job is being offered. A local home needs to be measured accurately for being converted into blueprints. Each room requires its LxWxH. This includes: Hallways, closets, full wall lengths, windows, doors and where these are within these measurements. I have detailed pictures of the house and base measurements but need them to be more detailed. This job should only take an individual about 2-5 hours depending on speed and efficiency. This house suffered from a house fire but has since been cleaned and is being readied for a remodel. Headlamp is needed in some of the back rooms. A basic diagram sheet of the house will be emailed to the contractor, so its as easy as filling the measurements into the blanks and adding in some of the windows or anything else that is not placed on the diagram. Pay on completion of work. Details will be sent once the job is accepted. Will be available for questions via phone or text while completing.
