Mobile catering company out of Griffith, Indiana is seeking a hard working person to manage our small fleet of drivers and delivery trucks.
Our catering services are offered throughout Chicago, the surrounding suburbs, and Northwest Indiana.
Food preparation is not required of the position.
Our customers require our services at their locations throughout the week, mostly on weekends.
We are looking for an aggressive, independent thinking, physically capable team leader with a take-charge attitude to handle the daily operations.
One must be able to offer customer service, handle employees/staff, and be punctual and reliable. There is a lot of weekend work.
Responsibilities include:
Manage employees - in person and remotely
Maintain perfect attendance
Adhere to COVID-19 guidelines
Schedule teams to fulfill customer orders
Loading, unloading, fueling and some maintenance of delivery vehicles
Delivery of equipment to various locations
Excellent customer service
Skills Required:
Physical strength to move equipment/supplies
Drive a van
Ability to read maps
Manage and motivate your staff
Multi-tasking in a very busy environment
