Description
I recently found out I am allergic and cannot keep my fur babies. It would be wonderful if they could all go together, but three is a lot.
Merlin (orange, born August 2018) and Jasper (short gray, born sometime in late 2017 or early 2018 - he showed up at the door) would love a place they could sleep indoors (or in a very warm barn), but have the run of the outdoors. They will get used to dogs as long as the dogs are not constantly chasing them. Both are neutered and absolutely love all the attention they can get! It would be great if the boys, especially, could be rehomed together as they are best buds.
Ellie (born in July, 2015) is the long-haired gray with white chest. She is spayed. This lady wants love, but is quite independent. She is also, unfortunately, chronically ill with respiratory infections. Vets don’t know what is wrong. Possible allergy issues, as she was healthy prior to having to share a house with other cats. The biggest struggle is her snotty nose and it getting on things inside when she sneezes. She is not contagious to others. If there was a heated barn situation (if you didn’t want her in your home), we think she would do well! With her being sick, we would hesitate to put her in an unheated barn during Indiana winters. However, even sick, Ellie is by far the dominant one, even against dogs. She doesn’t have to be aggressive or move one step, she simply fluffs up and gives a look that has even backed off an attacking pit bull.
