Aspiring Farmer, student, or mentor Greetings, It is a beautiful day above ground here at Happy Hopper Aquaponics Farm. Happy Hopper Aquaponics is a learning off-the-grid farm with the goal and intention to share, educate, mentor, and inspire like-minded individuals. As for the past two years, we all have been challenged, and now that you are reading this post, you will have the opportunity to be part of life solutions. It is now a great time to expound on your life and recognize what path and the role you can play for humanity. This is an exceptional and exciting opportunity to work and live on our farm by learning off-the-grid living, for example, tree cutting, wood splitting, wood milling, Aquaponics, rearing fish, chickens, ducks, turkeys, rabbits, growing salad mixes, including herbs and other vegetables, and maybe a pig shortly. We are looking for curious individuals or partners who are like-minded to join our farm and can incorporate time and energy to learn, share, and assist each other in growing.  In addition, individuals that can then share their learned knowledge and blessings with others in various communities, including worldwide, where good food and off-the-grid living resources are limited. The expectation is a minimum of 3 months' commitment. Five hours of work on the farm during the week. Self-motivation, general courtesy, cleanliness, positive energies, and vibes are necessary. As much as you are a grown human with your tendencies, we have encountered individuals in the past whose use of alcoholic libations is detrimental to the work, energy, goal, and purpose on the farm. This is an off-the-grid living situation; hence, prepare accordingly.  There’s pearling spots for RV, van or a 5th wheel and tent spots. We go on a food run maybe once a month, but we have enough food and work at the farm to last a couple of months and are expecting to produce more to take to the farmers' market and share it with the communities around us.
