EVENT RENTAL PROJECT MANAGER
We are an established event rental company in the LA area seeking to add a qualified member to our team.
This is a full time opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that involves multi-tasking and meticulous attention to detail. We will be communicating regularly with other industry vendors so a positive attitude and a knowledge of the event rental industry is a large bonus.
We are looking for someone with:
Knowledge of the event industry
Someone eager to learn and work in the events industry
Have a reliable form of transportation
Able to multitask in a fast paced environment with a high volume of calls
A clear understanding of the demands required to succeed in the service business Strong professional communication and organizational skills
Effective decision-making and problem solving skills
Ability and commitment to learn a vast product offerings
Job functions include but are not limited to:
Answer phones and greet clients
Assist clients with rentals ideas and orders
Provide design recommendations to our customers
Guide and assist clients in achieving their event vision and consult with them to determine event details
Oversee the planning and installation of projects, including being onsite for event installations/breakdowns
Supervise crews on installations and assist with event set ups as needed- Schedule and attend appointments with clients at venues and/or in our showroom
Attend walkthroughs on job sites
Create, nurture, and maintain the growth of client relationships
Coordinate logistics with warehouse crew
Maintain open communication with other office members to coordinate logistics for events General Administrative/Clerical work will be required (filing, ect.)
