EVENT RENTAL WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR We are an established event rental company in the LA area seeking to add a qualified member to our team. This is a full time opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that involves multi-tasking and meticulous attention to detail. We will be communicating regularly with other industry vendors so a positive attitude and a knowledge of the event rental industry is a bonus but not required. We are looking for someone with: Knowledge of the event industry Have a reliable form of transportation Able to multitask in a fast paced environment Effective decision-making and problem solving skills Ability to learn vast product offerings Job functions include but are not limited to: Follow and comply with all warehouse policies and procedures Ensure the accuracy of transactions within our inventory management systems Inventory management and control Manage the delivery and recovery of all packages through the use of various couriers/carriers as per shipping instructions Follow safety practices and maintain consistent housekeeping practices in the warehouse and at off-site locations Diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain various issues with the small tools, light equipment, and other rental items Complete the required paperwork and record keeping associated with maintenance and repairs Manage and maintain the condition of the tool trailer Related duties as necessary for the accomplishment of the position Perform additional duties as assigned Please submit a resume to be considered.
