The right person for this job has a basic understanding of mechanics, previous warehouse/shipping experience, previous management experience is a plus and performs well in a fast-paced work environment. Duties: • Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. • Ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately in a timely manner • Implementing operational policies and procedures. • Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. • Overseeing small crew • Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities. • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciles • Ensuring all outbound shipments are processed and packed properly • Improves staff performance by coaching, counseling, and discipling employees • Ensuring productivity targets are achieved and all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly Requirements: • Position requires physical labor, must be able to lift to 45lbs • 5+ years warehouse experience (management experience is a plus) • Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures. • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls. • Ability to operate forklift effectively. • Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail • Great leadership skills Day Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Pay: $19-$22/hour DOE If interested, please forward your resume for review [email protected] or contact a recruiter to schedule an interview 503.665.7790.
