Duties include, but are not limited to: • This is a very hands-on position. You will need to be able to take instruction well and use power tools Basic skills needed: • General construction experience, 1-2 years. • Ability to use power tools (e.g., skill/circular saw, miter saw, framing nailers/nail guns) • Previous window experience preferred, but not required • Problem solving skills • Great attitude Physical demands: • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Walk and stand on uneven surfaces • Lift and carry at least 70 pounds • Ability to climb ladders 40ft in height or greater • Comfortable working outdoors in the elements *Sign-on bonus is subject to terms and conditions
