Just looking for someone interested in doing some amateur grappling/wrestling for exercise. Not necessarily looking for someone professional looking for clients. Someone that wants to get fit and learn from each other ideally around my same height and weight. Mainly using our body weight against each other to train. Not professional. Wrestling, etc like this is really good for exercise and toning.
Look up "90 Partner Exercises" on youtube by The Workout Wizard. Some great ideas for partner exercises I am interested in.
I am 26, height: 5'9, lbs: 165, thin, with good hygiene. Please be be hygienic as we will be up close and personal.
Looking for someone between 18-35 yrs old with similar body type.
